About Nutrition5D

Transformation through total wellness

At Nutrition5D, we focus on sustainable practices and a non-dieting approach to nutrition. Our certified Precision Nutrition coaches provide personalized coaching, support and education, to guide clients in transforming their relationship with food.

Born from running 8 week nutrition challenges in a gym, our coaches saw the increased self confidence in participants and how big their smiles became. Participants soon started recommending family and friends and Nutrition5D was formed. 

​

Based on feedback from our clients, we are different because we focus on total wellness and not just nutrition. With our approach clients began to understand why they were not getting a good night sleep and discovering positive ways to deal with stress.

 

There are many external factors that impact nutrition and body composition. Our goal is not solely on the scale but on total wellness. Hence Nutrition5D: physical, mental, emotional, existential, relational-social, environmental.
